this summer has been fantastic I went on a cruse I also went to grand lake I believe oh and I sent a boat out and you will know if you see it but any way now I am going to visit my grandparents in California so I may not post in a little oh and I also went to a special diabetes camp were I went zip lining it was crazy well see you later turtles and don’t forget to comment bye

This is my second section it is called food. Did you know you can eat any thing you want but you cant drink any thing that is not diet because it gos through your body so fast insulin cant slow it down. But you can eat mostly eat any thing. Try eating low carbohydrate things and diet things and let me and the rest of the turtles now how it went. do you like shots? I guess you don’t but if you do that is cool any way did you know you have to take 4 shots in one day but it is not as bad as you think. The shots don’t fell bad
